Q1 . What do we get from cereals ,pulses and fruits and vegetables ?
Ans . Cereals provide us carbohydrates
Pulses provide us proteins
Fruits and vegetables provide us minerals & vitamins .
What are macronutrients ?
Ans . A type of food required in large amount in diet . For example :nitrogen , phosphorus , sulphur , etc .
What are micro nutrients ?
Micro nutrients are those which are required in small quantities in diet . For example :iron , manganese , copper ,etc
